I’m all about holistic eating and eating the rainbow, and I love creating yummy warm or cold bowls that feel like a hug for the body.
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing hibiscus tea as we settle into a slow, nourishing rhythm.
Together we will: – Chop vibrant, seasonal vegetables
– Learn how to build a balanced, colorful nourish bowl — warm or chilled, with nourishing grains, proteins, and vibrant toppings
– Practice holistic eating principles that honor digestion, balance, and pleasure
– Connect through food, laughter, and shared stories
– Enjoy music and a relaxed, uplifting atmosphere
This is more than cooking — it’s about eating your rainbow, connecting to your food, and creating something beautiful with your own hands. At the end, we’ll sit down and enjoy the meal we created together.
